HR Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all entering, filing, reports, and first point of contact for internal and external guest. Essential Functions Accurately enter data into the appropriate HRIS. Follow up to get any missing paperwork from employees. Perform clerical duties to create, maintain, update, and organize each employee’s files. Assist Seamstress with uniform fittings, exchanges, inventory, etc. Monitor the front desk, provide assistance to those individuals who come, or direct them to the appropriate personal while maintaining positive and friendly attitude. Required Must hold a valid Non-Gaming Occupational Identification Badge in accordance with the Illinois Gaming Board. Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames Schedule Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (one shift 10am-6pm) occasional weekends and holidays $19.00/hour (including premium pay) Walker's Bluff Casino Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to non-discrimination in employment.
