We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our close-knit team and help us continue delivering the highest standard of care in southwestern Wisconsin.

At Care and Rehab Boscobel, we pride ourselves on having happy residents, families AND staff. The Nurse is a vital role on our health care team. The right candidate will have the following skills:

• Displays competency in the RN or LPN role;
• Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with residents, families, physicians and staff. Also for documentation.
• Must be reliable, engaged and efficient.
• Completes med pass and treatments.
• Supervises C.N.A. staff.
• Updates physicians and families.
• Reports to the DON, must attend staff meetings and follow/respect all policies.
• Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents.
• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
• Observe and manage acute changes in condition.
