How You Will Make An Impact:

Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through execution
Serve as a project manager and/or technical lead across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Oversee design, engineering calculations, specifications, and technical deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Conduct QA/QC reviews of engineering documents and reports
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload planning across project lifecycles
Engage directly with clients, supporting satisfaction, retention, and project success
Contribute to proposal development including scopes, budgets, and schedules
Support business development and strengthen client relationships

Are you a proven water/wastewater engineering leader ready to drive impactful infrastructure projects?

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
Minimum 10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Georgia or ability to obtain)
Strong experience in municipal water/wastewater systems design and delivery
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
Experience with engineering design standards, technical specifications, and project coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Preferred: Master’s degree, BCEE, PMP, or LEED AP certifications
Active involvement in professional or industry organizations preferred
