This opportunity is ideal for a motivated tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex tax matters, and mentoring team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.As a Tax Senior, you’ll work with a diverse portfolio of individuals, privately held businesses, and closely held entities, helping clients navigate tax compliance while identifying opportunities for planning and long-term success. If you’re looking for a firm where your contributions are recognized and your career development is a priority, this could be the perfect next step.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates, including applicable state and local filings.Research tax laws, regulations, and technical issues to support compliance and identify planning opportunities.Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality tax services.Develop strong client relationships by providing responsive communication and practical tax guidance.Assist clients with tax planning, estimated tax payments, and year-round tax consulting.Respond to tax notices and assist with audits and other inquiries from taxing authorities.Review work prepared by associates, providing guidance and constructive feedback to support their professional growth.Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Stay current on federal and state tax law changes and apply them to client engagements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.CPA license or active progress toward obtaining CPA certification preferred.3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.Experience in preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.Solid understanding of federal and state tax regulations.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional tax software.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE)Application Instructions: Please send your resume in Word format to: Allan Fisher Premier Financial Search View email address on click.appcast.io’s Connect & Explore Your Options We are actively hiring for a range of positions across multiple firms.
