University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Attendant to provide high-quality care to clients in Casco, MI. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their homes. This role requires a patient and trustworthy individual committed to making a positive difference in clients’ lives. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff. Ensure clients’ safety by following care plans and adhering to all company policies. Assist with mobility and transportation as required. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass a background check. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $15.88 - $19.00, paid twice a month.
