We've won several industry awards and been nominated for others, including the Cards & Payments Awards in the UK.As we keep expanding globally, we need you to help take Fyorin to the next level.That's why we're looking for a Commercial Account Manager. You'll own a portfolio of existing customers and be responsible for growing the revenue they generate, by helping them get more value from Fyorin and expanding their use of our products. You'll also play a part in bringing new clients on board. This role sits within our commercial team, reports directly to the CEO & Co-founder, and is central to our revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow revenue across your portfolio of customers, with clear targets for upsell, cross-sell and account expansionIdentify upsell opportunities by understanding each customer's business, payment flows and growth plans, and present the right products, features and pricing tiersBuild and manage an expansion pipeline, forecasting accurately and closing dealsSpot accounts that aren't fully using the platform and turn them into higher-value customersIdentify customers at risk of churning and turn them aroundManage customer onboarding so new clients get value quickly and are set up for future growthAct as the main commercial point of contact for your customers, building strong, trusted relationships with finance leaders and decision-makersGenerate new business through referrals, introductions from existing customers and targeted outreach, and take new prospects from first conversation to signed contractTurn happy customers into product ambassadors who refer others to FyorinBe the voice of the customer internally, bringing real insights to the product and leadership teamsQualifications3+ years' experience in a B2B commercial role such as account management, sales or customer success, with responsibility for revenueA proven track record of upselling or expanding existing accounts and hitting targetsExperience in a fast-moving tech company, ideally in fintech, payments or financial servicesConfidence in having commercial conversations, negotiating and closing dealsA hunter mindset: you're comfortable reaching out to new prospects and opening doorsIntellectual curiosity and an analytical mindset; you use data to find opportunitiesExcellent communication skills at all levels, with the empathy to create win-win outcomesThe ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage your time across a busy portfolioAn eye for detail and a problem-solving mindsetExcellent written and spoken EnglishA self-starter and fast learner with a scale-up spiritNice to have: experience with a CRM such as ZohoAdditional InformationCompetitive base salary plus commissionRemote-first work environment with flexible hoursA fast-track career path with personal development and learning budgetsWork closely with the founding team and have a direct impact on the sales strategy and growthHealth Insurance
