LHH is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Dallas! This a great contract to perm opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Dallas!
Location: Dallas Office Dallas, TX 75201 Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM (Fully In-Office) Compensation: $25 / Hour W2; $52k annual conversion
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Dallas office on a temporary-to-hire basis. This role provides critical administrative support to multiple teams and principals, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Support
- Maintain and update client information in Oracle and other internal systems
- Set up new client records and upload Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Manage and maintain client data within Agiloft
- Assist with the preparation and processing of engagement letters as needed
- Upload Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and SOWs into Agiloft for both Dallas and Fort Worth offices
- Process administrative requests and provide backup support to team members as needed
Document Management
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records
- Manage DocuSign workflows and document processing
- Upload e-filing acceptance documents into UserVerse
- Prepare and mail taxpayer copies to clients
- Handle certified mailings and related tracking
Executive & Office Support
- Serve as backup support for the front desk and reception area
- Prepare and submit expense reports for Principals
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for Principals as needed
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience required
- Experience within a professional services environment preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat required
- Experience with Oracle preferred
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar database systems is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation
