Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, enabling you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients while maintaining a professional and private setting. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals. \n
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy, incorporating techniques from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. \n
- Implement ongoing treatment plans while regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback. \n
- Document therapy sessions accurately and comply with confidentiality standards without compromising ethical guidelines. \n
- Facilitate supportive communication with clients regarding their treatment and care options. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and strategize on client care approaches. \n
The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By providing empathetic and tailored therapy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards better coping mechanisms and overall mental health improvement.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n
- Current and active Pennsylvania state license such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in individual therapy is essential, demonstrating capacity in therapeutic techniques and client engagement. \n
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to professional ethical standards. \n

- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles. \n
- Experience employing teletherapy techniques and comfortable with digital documentation. \n
- Experience working in community health settings is advantageous. \n
The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience.
