About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL A Team Drivers to support our clients operations in the Maryville area. This long-term opportunity offers dedicated routes, steady work, reliable scheduling, weekly home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $1,600 per week
Sign-on bonus: $2,500
Schedule: Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. through Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
Workweek: 40 hours per week
Route schedule: Four-day workweek with weekly home time
Employment type: Long-term flex

Job Details

Route type: OTR

Equipment: Tractor-trailer
Handling: No-touch freight
Driving experience: Manual and automatic transmission experience required
Route: Dedicated route

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment on assigned OTR routes.
Transport automotive freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic trucks.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
