JobSummary - The Opportunity

This is more than just a driving job. Our drivers are animportant connection between JM Test Systems and our customers, making surecalibrated and repaired equipment gets where it needs to go safely, accurately,and on time.

In this role, you will spend most of your time (about 75%)running pickup and delivery routes across the Mount Braddock area, includingindustrial facilities, plants, and refineries. When you're not on the road,you'll support the branch's logistics and operations by receiving and taggingequipment, preparing shipments, and keeping records current in our systems.You'll work closely with the Branch Operations Manager and manage your own dayto balance route needs with office work.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes
• Run safe,on-time routes. Complete daily pickup and delivery routes, safely loading,securing, transporting, and unloading customer and company equipment. Drivingcomes first in all scheduling decisions.
• Get everystop right. Verify equipment, quantities, and paperwork at each stop,obtain signatures, and complete proof-of-delivery documentation.
• RepresentJM Test Systems. Provide professional, friendly service at customer sitesand keep the logistics team informed of route changes, delays, and customerrequests.
• Putsafety first. Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, keep your companyvehicle clean and in good condition, and follow company safety, fleet, andDOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Keepequipment moving through the branch. Check in, document, and tag incomingequipment, coordinate outbound shipments, and support route scheduling andstaging.
• Keeprecords accurate. Use company systems and mobile apps to manage routes,deliveries, data entry, and status tracking.
• Shiftgears as needed. Move between road and office work based on routeschedules, volume, and branch needs, often within the same day.

WhatYou Bring
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to managea daily route with minimal supervision.
• Required: Dependable and organized, with the flexibility to adapt when schedules,volume, or customer needs change.
• Required: Comfort with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel),and the ability to learn logistics, shipping, and receiving systems.
• Required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely drive in varying traffic andweather conditions.
• Required: Availability for early starts, extended days, and occasional overnighttravel depending on route needs.
• Preferred: Previous professional driving, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or fleetexperience.

Driver Requirements

Because this is a safety-sensitive driving position,candidates must meet the following at the time of hire:
• At least 25 years old
• Valid driver's license from your state of legalresidence authorizing operation of vehicles or combinations with a GVWR of10,001-26,001 lbs. (a standard personal-use license is not sufficient)
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Meet JM Test Systems' Motor Vehicle Record(MVR), DOT/FMCSA, and company driver qualification requirements
• Participate in required drug and alcohol testingprograms
