Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift Location: Manchester, NH Schedule: Contract (13 weeks) Shift: Nights (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM) Rate: Up to 1,800 per week Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight nursing team at our long-term care facility in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care while working collaboratively with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents. Qualifications Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the RN or provider. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the electronic medical record. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs/CNAs) as appropriate.
