AWS Lead Data Engineer

Salary: $95,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of data engineering experience, including 3 or more years in a technical leadership or lead engineer position
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS data services such as Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, EMR/Spark, Kinesis, Athena, RDS, and API Gateway
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; Shell scripting and Scala experience are advantageous
- Strong background designing, implementing, and managing AWS data lakes, data warehouses, and data ingestion pipelines
- Demonstrated experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and big data frameworks
- Architect, implement, and manage scalable data solutions on AWS
- Provide technical guidance to a team of data engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Ensure best practices in cloud data engineering
