Sr Growth Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Growth Engineer who loves shipping experiments, optimizing user journeys, and using data to drive product growth. You'll work across engineering, product, and design to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion through rapid iteration.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly independent, product-minded, and comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end.

What You'll Do:

• Build and ship growth-focused product features using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, feature flags, and other product experiments.
• Improve user onboarding, activation funnels, retention, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages and marketing experiences for performance, usability, and conversion.
• Own technical SEO initiatives, including on-page SEO, metadata, structured data, site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
• Instrument analytics and use product data to identify opportunities and measure experiment outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives.
• Build internal tooling that enables faster experimentation and iteration.
• Continuously identify friction in the user experience and ship improvements quickly.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience, with deep expertise in modern frontend development.
• Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and high-quality user experiences.
• Experience building and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms, event instrumentation, and conversion funnel analysis.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and modern web performance best practices.
• Comfortable making product decisions using quantitative data and user behavior.
• Able to move quickly, prioritize independently, and own projects from idea through launch.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with growth engineering, growth marketing, or product-led growth teams.
• Experience with feature flagging and experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or Google Analytics.
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals and large-scale web performance.
• Basic understanding of paid acquisition, attribution, and marketing technologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted user experiences or personalization.
