Pediatric Nurse - Home Health (RN/LPN)

Job Description

Join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse providing skilled in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and G-tube support. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Schedule:

Friday ( Night Shifts: 8PM–8AM)
Monday and Friday (8AM–8PM)

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled in-home pediatric nursing care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient condition and document care
Collaborate with physicians and families
Follow individualized care plans
Educate families on home care procedures

Qualifications

Active Florida RN or LPN license
Pediatric experience required
Trach/G-tube experience preferred
Strong communication skills
