We create opportunities for every child's potential and well-being through the Radiant Colors program, work to create a sustainable future, and in partnership with the International Fund for Animal Welfare have committed to animal conservation.There is no better time than now to join WHY Brands as we embark on our next and biggest growth journey, and you could be the next influential leader to play a key role in driving enormous customer-centered value and rapid growth.The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project timelines from conception to completion.Lead project management for the end-to-end product development process from concept through productionEstablish project management deliverables and execution, ensuring product launches are on timeDevelop and manage timely flow of projects from initial kick off through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reportsManage and track multiple new product development projects; monitor day-to-day project activities, track changes, and identify potential risksMonitor project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks and resolving issuesEnforce deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional mannerRegularly meet with PMO Department to review project status, identify any late task or open issues, and report back on action items for resolutionWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Costing, Supply Chain, Quality, Brand Design, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless execution development plansServe as the key liaison for all cross-functional departments, both in house and overseasEnsure all projects are delivered on time within scopeAssess and report the day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables using project management toolsOther duties may be assignedBachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline2+ years' experience in Project Management, CPG industry requiredSolid understanding and working knowledge of Workfront is requiredExperience coordinating, managing, and supporting initiatives and workstreamsExperience project managing end to end product development lifecycleExperience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirementsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to thrive in a deadline-driven environmentAs a Great Place to Work Certified™ company, we are committed to offering the best to our employees.
