Assistant Store Manager The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and driving sales performance. Responsibilities Embrace and promote Pandora brand culture as a brand ambassador. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers. Seize opportunities to surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty building. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals. Develop loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Identify and recruit talent for Pandora stores, including sales associates and sales leads. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated results‑oriented leadership with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to captivate audiences and connect at all levels. Business acumen and analytical thinking that deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management and delegation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age of 18 years and proof of eligibility to work. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, standing for extended periods, and lifting 50+ pounds.
