Lead Technical Program Manager

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology initiatives in a large organization
• We need advanced stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build productive relationships and influence decisions across cross-functional teams and clients
• We need strong technical fluency, including familiarity with vendor products and vendor relationship management to support access to shared applications and services
• We need a proven record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile setting
• We need demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability to break down business, technical, or operational goals into manageable workstreams
• We need experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment to support program management, with disciplined validation and data sensitivity awareness
• We need the ability to review and verify AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when needed and following data-handling expectations
• We prefer experience with modern emerging technologies

• We develop and deliver comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, staffing, and timelines to achieve on-time technology delivery
• We identify, assess, and reduce risks by addressing blockers early and putting contingency measures in place to keep programs moving
• We partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business priorities
• We use advanced analytical thinking to evaluate program performance, spot improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven enhancements
• We promote agile ways of working and technical solutions while encouraging continuous learning and innovation across the team
• We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to speed up program planning and risk synthesis, such as consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID logs, and executive updates, while validating outputs and handling sensitive data appropriately
• We encourage reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches for governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards
