Crunchtime Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual CrunchTime Analyst with Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) experience to support, troubleshoot, and optimize the CrunchTime restaurant management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, a solid understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to support users in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on support, configuration, and troubleshooting for CrunchTime. Support inventory management, food cost, labor scheduling, forecasting, and operational reporting. Analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve restaurant operations. Partner with restaurant operations and technical teams to resolve issues and implement system enhancements. Support system testing, integrations, user training, and documentation in English and Spanish. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with CrunchTime software. Experience in the QSR or multi-unit restaurant industry. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of restaurant inventory, food cost, labor management, and reporting. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
