Senior Servicing Analyst – Corporate & Commercial Banking and Payment Operations (CCBPO) Application Deadline: 06/23/2026. Address: 320 S Canal Street. Job Family Group: Customer Shared Services. Responsibilities Provide loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios in a professional and timely manner. Deliver agreed lending/financing services as specified in the credit agreement/approval and ensure all required policies, guidelines and standards are met. Act as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for escalation. Assist in processing more complex transactions and customer requests. Address customer service issues according to established parameters, escalating as required. Provide advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions. Support change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities. Execute routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, and queries within relevant service level agreements. Investigate and address specific customer issues. Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Complete administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the unit; including scanning and filing documents as required. Support the development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results. Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting. Collaborate to execute loan servicing and monitoring requests. Prepare customer notifications and billings, and process services and transactions including (but not limited to) loan advances/payments, wire transfers, billing for principal/interest/fees, monitoring collateral positions, financial exceptions, etc. Execute and manage documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper manner. Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives. Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Think creatively and propose new solutions. Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Work mostly independently; broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Typically between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience and post‑secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of business unit’s products and services, processes and controls – Good. Good knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems and applications – Good. Understanding of business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements – Good. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience. Verbal & written communication skills – In‑depth. Collaboration & team skills – In‑depth. Analytical and problem‑solving skills – In‑depth. Influence skills – In‑depth. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $45,000.00 – $83,000.00 (salaried). Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, education and may include commission structure.
