Role Description Job Title: MSSQL DBA Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Install, configure and administer Microsoft SQL Server environments Monitor database health, availability and performance Perform database backup, recovery, refreshes and disaster recovery activities Manage High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Always On, Replication, Log Shipping, Mirroring Analyse and optimise slow‑running queries, indexes and execution plans Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks, performance issues and database corruption Implement database security, user management and compliance controls Perform SQL Server patching, upgrades and migrations Support database automation and operational excellence initiatives Primary Skills MS SQL Server Administration SQL Server 2016, 2019, 2022
