Sanford Health - - Responsibilities: Greet patients, verify demographics, process documents, and collect payments as part of registration.; Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with providers; manage referrals and pre-authorizations.; Assist with check-in/check-out, phone operations, and waitlists; act as switchboard.; Prepare and organize charts and supporting documents; coordinate patient financial assistance.; Coordinate Telemedicine appointments and reminders; assist with hospital admissions and general office duties.
