We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
We have immediate openings for Apartment maintenance technicians
Applicants need to be able to do repairs on rental properties. (Appliance repair and or HVAC experience is a plus but not required) Apartment/house maintenance IS required
Full Time year around job.
Must be motivated and able to work on their own.
Stop in at the office of Prokos Rentals located inside the Athens Central Hotel building at 88 E. State St., Athens Ohio. - Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or..
