Job Description:

Note: the internship is for Summer 2027

We have (2) openings for an Intern:

*One for the Service + Building Automation Finance Team

*One for the Financial Planning & Analysis Team

Your role as a Finance Intern's

*Gain on the job experience and knowledge in construction finance through project-based learning objectives

*Gain exposure to other departments and learn how your role impacts the business as a whole

*Translate concepts learned in the classroom to real world experiences

*Gain hands on experience in construction accounting/finance including;

*Job costing

*Financial planning

*Forecasting

*Financial reporting

What we are looking for:

*Must be currently enrolled student in junior year pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

*Strong interest in construction finance and enthusiasm to learn

*Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

*Self-motivated

*Excellent communication skills
