This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Forklift certification or the ability to successfully complete forklift training Valid driver's license required Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience Requirements Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory control operations Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Previous experience coordinating workflow or leading warehouse teams preferred Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently lift, move, and handle materials weighing 15-35 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Ability to work in an active warehouse environmentJob Duties Lead, train, coach, and support warehouse associates in daily operations Coordinate staffing, work assignments, and workflow to meet productivity and customer service goals Monitor inventory accuracy, material handling processes, and FIFO compliance Oversee inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities Utilize WMS systems and RF scanners to manage inventory and track performance Promote and enforce safety procedures, equipment inspections, and compliance standards Communicate shift priorities, operational updates, and performance metrics with team members and management Support continuous improvement initiatives and overall warehouse performanceBenefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
