Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney

Job Description HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Defense Litigation Firm with offices across the Tri-State to add Medical Malpractice Associate's to their growing teams in NYC/Long Island. They have been in business for over 30+ years and have over 70+ Attorneys across 3 office locations. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite. We Offer:

We have cultivated long-lasting relationships and utilize them to connect our candidates and clients in several industries and job functions:
- Pay: $130-170K Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $150k - $190k)
- Bonus Structure: Up to $15K
- Hybrid Flexibility

- Manage a substantial caseload of complex, high-exposure medical malpractice and personal injury defense cases with a high degree of independence
- Conduct and defend depositions of key witnesses, parties, and experts
- Draft comprehensive pleadings, written discovery demands, responses, and pre-answer, discovery, and dispositive motions
- 1 to 7 years of experience in medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, or general civil litigation/liability defense
- Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York
