Key Information Level: All Experience Levels Type: Full‑time Location: Hybrid, Las Vegas, NV Pay: $45,000–$100,000 per year Mission: Provide comprehensive paralegal support for litigation and trial activities, ensuring efficient case management and preparation. Tech Stack: Relativity, Pro, CM/ECF, Sanction, Trial Director, Excel Responsibilities Pleadings & Filing: Prepare pleadings and manage electronic filing, adhering to Nevada and Federal rules of civil procedure. E‑Discovery & Review: Oversee E‑discovery processes and conduct thorough document review. Case Management: Handle comprehensive case organization and conduct investigations to support legal teams. Research & Support: Perform legal research to assist in litigation strategies and case development. Trial Preparation: Provide extensive trial support, including utilizing specialized trial preparation software. Qualifications Background: ABA Paralegal certification is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Candidates must have civil litigation experience and familiarity with Nevada and Federal rules of civil procedures. Experience: Three or more years of trial and litigation experience is ideal, with proficiency in document management software such as Relativity and Pro. Skills: Demonstrated analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
