Entry Level Insurance Sales Agent - Hybrid Remote (IL) Location: City, IL 60173 Job Description Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. We help you jumpstart your new insurance agent career with programming and financial incentives. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready. As an entry‑level insurance sales agent with Bankers Life, you will utilize our ongoing, award‑winning company training to: Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base Compensation In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000. This is a full‑time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First‑year entry‑level agents average $50,000 – $80,000. First‑year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales‑matching programs. Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Bankers Life for two or more years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses. Career Support Flexible work environment once you complete the new agent training period, which can vary from four to twelve weeks on average. Set your own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid capacity per your preference with the support of branch leadership. Our training is conducted in our office by successful field leaders. Bankers Life has been named a Training Apex Award Winner for 13 consecutive years. Pre‑licensing training is provided free of charge; individuals will pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state.
