We are recruiting coaches across the Kansas City metro area, including Platte, Clay, Jackson, and Cass counties. Requirements Must be over the age of 18 Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Pass a background check Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2‑9) Training & Support Every coach receives training and certification through a comprehensive program based on early childhood education principles. Coaches are supported and kept at the top of their game with ongoing training and evaluations. Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization. All Soccer Shots curriculum is provided in an easily understandable format, so coaches never have to design their own drills. Consistent and flexible scheduling based on availability. Daily Responsibilities Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a pre‑K school, park, or indoor field. Implement the curriculum focused on skill and character development. Arrive on time (or early) to ensure a positive experience for families and faculty. Manage class rosters and complete session feedback forms.
