As a Customer Marketing Manager , you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to bring our dessert category strategies to life across the U.S. market. You’ll translate brand priorities into customer‑focused plans that drive execution, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver business results. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, influence commercial planning, and develop tools and insights that support winning customer execution. What You Will Do: Partner with customer sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies Influence brand and marketing initiatives to align with customer needs and opportunities Serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying opportunities, risks, and marketplace trends Lead communication and coordination across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution Develop compelling sales tools, storytelling, and commercialization support Support innovation summits, line reviews, and strategic customer engagements Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve commercial execution Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive enterprise initiatives and business performance What We Look For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in CPG, retail, customer marketing, category management, or sales planning Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive growth Ability to influence across functions and lead through collaboration What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $139,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
