Summary The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and service for an assigned beauty brand counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales performance. This role combines hands-on beauty application, coaching, and digital selling to build customer relationships and meet counter goals. The manager also coordinates vendor events and maintains a welcoming, organized counter environment.
