\n Eastern New Mexico Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our hospital-employed Emergency Department team. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, consistent coverage, and the ability to practice in a well-structured community hospital environment with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.  \n

Emergency Department Highlights\n

• $300+ per hour (W2 or 1099 options)

• 10 12 hour shifts
\n
• Malpractice coverage
\n
• 162-bed community hospital
\n
• Level III Trauma Center
\n
• Annual ED volume: ~32,000 visits
\n
• 23-bed Emergency Department
\n
• 24-hour physician coverage (two 12-hour shifts)
\n
• 24-hour APC coverage (two 12-hour shifts)
\n
• Scribe coverage available
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
\n
• Current New Mexico medical license or eligibility for licensure
\n
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department environment
\n
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
\n
