Hybrid Health & Benefits Strategy Leader

Mercer is expanding—join us as a Sr. Principal Lead Health & Benefits Consultant to help steer growth for the Health & Benefits practice.
This hybrid role can be based in our Northeast offices including Boston, with in-office requirement at least three days per week. You will advise large employers (2,000+ lives) on medical, dental, life, and disability programs, negotiate with carriers, and lead client relationships while driving revenue and shaping Mercer's H&B offerings for the future.
