Public Safety Dispatcher: 9-1-1, Fire & EMS
City of McKinney
The City of McKinney is looking for a dispatch operator to handle emergency 9-1-1 calls, dispatch public safety personnel, and process requests from police and fire services. This role requires the ability to work in high-stress situations, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, and a valid Texas Driver’s License.
