The Treatment Engagement Specialist/Clerk will handle all administrative tasks as well as assist any mental health or medical staff as needed. CSBMG is seeking a professional individual who has strong communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. Overall, this is a fast-paced and high-volume position that heavily features the use of phone correspondence.Responsibilities of the Treatment Engagement Specialist/ClerkServe as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts and clients.Communicate effectively with staff across various programs.Duties will vary based on clinical and agency needs and will include:Answering telephones, screening calls, forwarding, and taking messages.Scheduling clients for all staff.Performing administrative tasks such as handling packages, mail, filing paperwork, faxing, and photocopying.Providing general administrative support to program staff.Assist with maintaining the building, including coordinating office services such as maintenance and cleaning.Provide basic case management support, which may include:Assisting clients with completing forms, gathering required documents, and navigating internal processes.Conducting follow-up calls to check on client needs, appointment reminders, or service coordination.Supporting staff in coordinating referrals or collecting information needed for services.Complete accurate and timely documentation, including:Entering client interactions, updates, and outcomes into electronic systems.Maintaining organized records and ensuring documentation meets agency standards.Other duties as assigned.Here are some of the things we require:High School Diploma/GED EquivalentValid Georgia Driver's LicenseEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communitiesAbility to work independently and in collaboration with othersExperience with Microsoft 365 Office ProductsAbility to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordinglyHere's what would put you over the top:Bachelor's Degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)Previous secretary or administrative experiencePrevious case management experienceBenefits of Working with CSB of Middle GA:As a member of our team, you will enjoy our total rewards package to help secure your financial future and preserve your health and well-being, including:Medical, Dental & Vision Plan Options!Generous Paid-Time Off Policy with Flexibility Companywide!401(k) Plan with Company Match!Short- & Long-Term Disability Plans!Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)!Paid Training Time!Opportunities for Career Growth & Advancement!Paid Lunch Breaks*& So Much More!At this time, CSB of Middle Georgia will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.*Please note that paid lunches are only for select positions that must assist individuals with eating needs at typical meal periods*Full Time - Monday- Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
