A fast‑growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves more than 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K‑5), one middle school (6‑8), and one high school (9‑12). Work Schedule: Hours vary Monday‑Friday during the (winter) wrestling season. Salary: Compensation will be in accordance with the School District's extracurricular salary schedule starting at $4,544 to $5,749 depending upon qualifications. Position Summary: The girls wrestling coach will assist the head coach with duties to support our girls and boys wrestling programs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a recognition, interest, and respect for the needs of students. High School and/or College playing experience is preferred.
