Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

This position requires a full-time commitment on the night shift, from 18:30 to 07:00, working 12-hour shifts.

This is a 13-week contract position, starting around July 13th and ending approximately October 10th.

Join our dedicated team in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital focused on delivering comprehensive care and specialized treatment for individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. As a Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation department, you will play a key role in helping patients regain their health, function, and quality of life.

• Provide patient-centered nursing care tailored to individual recovery needs.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Support patients through their recovery journey, focusing on regaining independence.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic health records.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Med-Surg and preferred experience in Rehabilitation or Long-term Care.
