As a SPLASH Swim Instructor you'll be responsible for 4 major roles.
Teaching swimming techniques and water safety to children of all ages and skill levels.
Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Helping children create lifelong skills and confidence in themselves .
Most importantly, your work will impact hundreds of children and possibly SAVE A LIFE!

• Maintain student attendance records, and other required skills.
• Maintain a safe environment.
• Communicate with children's parents or guardians about progress.
• Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
