Marketing Coordinator – Now Hiring for January 2026 Start We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support initiatives that showcase our work, connect with clients, and grow our business. This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment alongside industry top talent. What You’ll Do Plan, conduct, and coordinate a range of marketing support activities. Develop and maintain marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM). Provide support to deadline‑driven proposal activities and general marketing correspondence. Work independently and/or collaborate with marketing coordinators, project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for our multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and consulting services. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks, including developing presentations and marketing materials for events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars. Provide general support to the marketing department. Perform other duties as requested. What You Bring A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or equivalent experience. Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to complete work in a team‑based environment. Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills. Team‑environment work capability.
