Job Description: Registered Nurse Case Manager – Hospice Employment Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with an all call weekend rotation Service Area: Jackson, Vinton, Pike, and Ross Counties National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! Qualified candidates for this position offer: Education: Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing. Experience: Minimum of two years as an RN. Home health/hospice experience preferred.
