Job Type: Full-Time

Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville, the #1 Volume Volkswagen Dealer in Alabama , is looking to add a Volkswagen Brand Specialist to our family-owned and operated dealership. We are seeking smart, driven, and competitive individuals to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Brand Specialist , you will be an expert and enthusiast in everything Volkswagen. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, stay current with new automotive technologies, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles, including personalized video presentations.
• Stay updated on product features, technology, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Work closely with teammates to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of both new and pre-owned automotive brands.
• Comfortable using technology, including creating videos for clients and sending professional emails.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and team mentality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Base Salary: $50,000 + Performance-Based Commission (Up to $100,000)
• Full-Time Position (8-hour shifts, 5-day workweek)
