Server Assistant

Job Responsibilities At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guest needs. Refill condiments, pre‑buss tables, and turn tables. Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service. Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties. Position Requirements Prior food and beverage experience preferred but not required. Guest‑focused mindset. Strong teamwork skills. Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required. Effective communication skills. Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
