They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, offering solutions. Accurately complete planograms, resets, and store measurements in a timely manner. Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately. Complete Tractor Way top cap processes and store price changes promptly. Hang store signage including circulars, price cuts, and manager specials. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate. Ensure customers have a unique shopping experience that sets us apart. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal assistance needed. Working Conditions Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces. Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours. Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently. Read, write, and count accurately; effective communication skills required. Handle contact with birds/poultry.
