Head of Technology

A high-growth, VC backed, product-led company is looking for an Product & Technology leader to help define the next generation of AI-native software. This isn't a traditional executive leadership position. They are already committed to an AI-first operating model and is now looking for someone to lead the product and technology organization through its next stage of growth. You will inherit a modern engineering environment, with the responsibility of turning AI from a feature into the foundation of how products are built, decisions are made and customer value is delivered. This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys operating close to architecture, product strategy and engineering execution while building intelligent systems that continuously improve through data and automation. What you'll Own: Define and execute the long-term Product & Technology vision across a portfolio of AI-powered SaaS products. Lead multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, Data and Design teams building intelligent customer-facing platforms. Drive the adoption of AI throughout the software development lifecycle, leveraging LLMs, AI agents and modern developer tooling to accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality. Partner closely with executive leadership to shape product strategy, technical direction and long-term platform investment. Build scalable product platforms capable of learning from customer interactions, operational data and real-world usage. Lead architectural decisions across cloud infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms and AI-enabled workflows. Establish engineering best practices around developer productivity, platform reliability, observability and operational excellence. Build and mentor a high-performing organization focused on ownership, experimentation and customer impact. Ideally you'll have some exposure to: Advertising technology, marketing technology or large-scale data platforms. AI-native development environments and intelligent developer tooling. Platform engineering, workflow automation or agentic AI. Private equity-backed or high-growth technology businesses. Why Join?
