Peruvian Spanish Female Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Record expressive Peruvian Spanish voice samples that help train and evaluate a next-generation text-to-speech system for an internal customer-experience AI agent. This remote opportunity is for female voice talent based in Peru, including both experienced professionals and newcomers with a naturally clear, engaging voice and a suitable recording environment. Recordings will be used only for this specific internal CX AI agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for another product, dataset, or purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other script types.
• Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with strong control of tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistent voice quality, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow recording instructions for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Complete multiple takes with varied emotion, emphasis, and style when requested.

Qualifications

• Native female speaker of Peruvian Spanish who is currently based in Peru.
• Clear, natural, expressive voice and strong intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts accurately while sounding natural.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter.
• Comfort with having your voice cloned for the internal CX AI agent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in voice acting, narration, broadcasting, TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
• Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm delivery.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Reliable availability of 5 to 10 hours per week is required.

Compensation

$50 to $100 per hour.
