About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead and grow its US software partner portfolio across payment and money movement services. The role owns revenue growth, retention, renewals, and product expansion, while developing account plans and leading complex pricing negotiations with major partners. The successful candidate will build and coach the account management team, establish coverage models and operating practices, and consolidate partner portfolios into a unified approach. They will also oversee partner experience from launch through renewal, address escalations, collaborate with internal teams on product launches and roadmap priorities, and use data to identify risks and growth opportunities. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales within payments, fintech, or SaaS, including substantial experience with software and embedded payments partners. At least five years of experience leading account or partner managers, including hiring and team development, is required. Strong knowledge of acquiring and processing economics, partner monetization, commercial negotiations, and proven results growing existing accounts through retention and expansion are essential. Applicants should also bring disciplined forecasting and pipeline management skills, proficiency with customer relationship management systems, and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams; experience with payment networks, platform integrations, or relevant industry verticals is an advantage.
