Position: Production and Flooring Manager Lead daily operations, manage installer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, and industry knowledge. Compensation Competitive Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience). Assist the sales team, including ride‑along support for complex quotes. Provide clear updates to customers and installers on project start dates and timelines. Hold weekly meetings with sales staff to discuss new sales and ongoing projects. Recruit, vet, and manage installer talent, ensuring consistent quality and dependable partnerships. Negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers and crews to maintain productive relationships. Communicate daily with installers to provide updates on project timelines and address immediate needs. Address and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track. Organize and oversee product storage for efficient warehouse operations. Conduct regular on‑site quality control visits to verify work meets company standards. Oversee product allocation and manage job costs efficiently.
