Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Psych Med

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Quality / Compliance Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with various adult psychopathologies. Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs. Receive supervision from a psychiatrist dedicated to mentoring, providing customized training alongside other lead providers. Participate in educational activities such as monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and meetings. Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions. Work as part of a service team with a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and administrative duties. Utilize an integrated EHR system across all service lines. Qualifications / Education : Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice medicine. All necessary certifications must be current. Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant educational program. Passed the national certification exam from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Licensed as a Physician Assistant in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatric specialization is preferred.
