Hospice CNA (Certified Nurse Aide)Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care is a subsidiary of Country Meadows Retirement Communities. We are now hiring a Hospice CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) to join our expanding team. As a Hospice CNA you will be responsible for meeting patient care needs assigned by Team Director. As a CNA you will be responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed.
