Project Engineer – Plastics (North Chicago Area)
Company: Our client is a rapidly growing producer of plastic extruded sheet products used in a wide variety of applications and highly regulated markets (auto, aero, defense). Using state-of-the-art technology, this company manufactures optical grade, high quality materials that are in very high demand.

This is a critical role within the organization's North Chicago facility will be to lead the planning and execution of engineering projects throughout the operation. Project management of medium to large projects related to production & automation equipment and facilities related systems.
This is a hands-on role and key member of the team that will work together to advance the organization's reach and continued growth. Ground floor opportunity that could lead to rapid career advancement.
Location: Gurnee, IL
To be successful in this critical role:
- Experience with plastic processing and equipment preferred, extrusion helpful but not required
- BS degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred
- Strong project management experience in a technical environment
