A great school district in the Kyle, Texas area is now looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite school-based contract position offering 37.5 hours per week.

The SLP will primarily support middle and high school students while also completing some elementary-level evaluations as needed. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with secondary students while maintaining some variety through evaluation responsibilities.

· Provide speech and language therapy services primarily to middle and high school students.

· Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments, including some elementary evaluations.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

· Provide individual, group, and consultative speech-language services as appropriate.

· Support students with articulation, language, fluency, communication, and related needs.

· Develop and monitor appropriate IEP goals.

· Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with members of the educational team.

· Maintain accurate therapy documentation, evaluation reports, progress reports, and student records.

· Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school-based professionals.

· Previous school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred.

· Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.

· Experience conducting speech and language evaluations is strongly preferred.

· Candidates should be comfortable completing evaluations for elementary-aged students as needed.

· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required.

· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.

· Must meet all Texas and school district requirements for school-based SLP practice.
